Reusable drinkware - for better health and sustainability
Sustainable materials
Our bamboo cups are made from bamboo flour and cornstarch, stabilized by synthetic resin. Lids are made from food-grade silicone.
All materials were tested for quality in a German laboratory (EU regulation 1935/2004 and 10/2011).
Renewable resources
Our cups are predominately made from renewable resources, which means no trees have to be cut down for the production of our bamboo cups. They are “tree-free.” Bamboo is an extremely fast growing grass that quickly develops woody fibers. Because it grows so quickly, it captures enormous amounts of carbon dioxide and produces more oxygen than most other plants. In just 5 years, a bamboo plant is fully grown.
Double-walled stainless steel
18/8 stainless steel is food safe and does not absorb odors, tastes or discoloration. Our stainless steel bottle is not only light (263g), but also very robust and shockproof. All this makes this bottle particularly durable. The insulating, double-walled design keeps your drinks cold or warm for up to 12 hours.
Recyclable packaging
Our motto is to use, in general, as little packaging as possible and to avoid plastics altogether. For this reason, our cups are wrapped in paper and sent in individual boxes only by request. We take care to use packaging materials that are 100% recyclable. Our goal is to keep all materials used in production within a closed cycle of reusability, where used packaging can ideally become new material – and indeed new packaging – after disposal.
With this logo, we would like to show that we are a customer of Grüner Punkt and thus fulfil our obligations to participate in the system in accordance with the Packaging Act.
Easy care
By using reusable drinkware, you give our planet a break while also contributing to environmental protection in a meaningful way.
Dishwasher-safe
Our bamboo cups and silicon lids can all be put in the dishwasher without issue. Simply put them on the top rack of your dishwasher. Our stainless steel bottle can be cleaned by hand with a soft sponge or brush.
Sturdy
Our cups and stainless steel products are stable (but not entirely immune). This makes them very durable always reusable products. All bamboo cups, silicon components and the stainless steel bottle are not fit for the microwave or oven, however.
Long-lasting
Reuse, reuse, reuse! Reusables are the way toward more responsible consumption!
If you use your reusable drinkware consciously, it will last for a long time. Take care, for example, not to jam your cups too tightly together when stacking.
